FOUR BENEATH A MISTLETOE - INTERVIEW WITH J.L. OILER

Four Beneath The Mistletoe

Lt. Sara Jane Yeager, felt alone one the large space station on which she served as liaison officer. When three sexy Reignites arrive looking for more insight into the human traditions, she could never imagine how “interesting” things are about to get or that these three alien warriors might just have the answer to what this season is all about.

Coming to the space station to explore humanities take on various holiday observances, Lord Azek and his omega’s Turku and Pharos discover they have found the perfect holiday gift for themselves, a human mate. As they learn all the various means in which human kind pay homage to the season, can they seduce the lovely Lt. Yeager into their bed and into their lives? A bit of mistletoe might just have the answer.

Niina : Welcome to “For The Love of Reading!” J.L, glad you could stop by!

J.L. Oiler : Thanks for having me Niina its truly an honor!

Niina : So tell us five fun facts about yourself, so we can get to know you a little better!

J.L. : Hmmm….  I am married to a wonderful man, have two kids, live on 2 acres back in the country, I love tattoos, and am a avid ( alright high wired ) reader that can easily put own 2-3 good books in an evening.

Niina : How would you describe your book 4 Beneath the Mistletoe?

J.L. : Sort of Star Trek meets the Three Wise men with an obvious Adult twist.

Niina : What made you decide to write a Christmas story… a sexy Christmas story? ;)

J.L. : I love the feel of Christmas. The sights the sounds, even the smells…I find it all truly romantic an inspiring.

Niina : What chapter did you most enjoyed writing and why?

J.L. : The first is my favorite because it allows the characters to express who they are without holding back because of any entanglements.

Niina : Which character in your book became your favorite?

J.L. : Sara Jean is my favorite because she to me feels the most realistic.

Niina : What would you say is your most interesting writing quirk?

J.L. : When I read a scene I am working on I do it aloud and give each character a different voice.

Niina : LOL! Good one! Now to more personal questions! Your current Top 5 dangerous bad boys in fiction? (and why?)

J.L. : Sergeant John Rose ( Dead Force Rising ), Aaron Wolf ( Force Recon- Beacon Bayou ), Craig ( Between 3 ), Kaden ( Seeds of Oden–Blood Dance ), ( tie )Koby and Keith McGuire ( One Night Rodeo – Release 01/2012 )

Niina : What about who is currently your book boyfriend?

J.L. : Koby McGuire and his twin Keith who are part of my current WIP- One Night Rodeo

Niina : If you could only read 5 Romance/ Erotic books for the rest of your life what would they be, and why?

J.L. : Oh that would be torture…But if I could only read 5 ( not my own ) then it would be any 5 from Krelsey Cole’s Immortals After Dark Series I love the voice she gives to her characters and the variety of Paranormal identities she brings into play.

Niina : Oh I love her books, even made a fan art graphic collection of all the couples. ;) Now, what's the best part about being an author? And what’s the worst?

J.L. : The best part is seeing my characters come to life an hearing that the reaers enjoy them as much as I do. Worst is not being able yet to make writing my sole career.( But I’ll keep my fingers crossed for the future. )
