"Waking up tied to a bed by a gorgeous redhead surely isn’t bad, but her wanting him to impregnate her strikes a wrong cord and he swears revenge on the fetchingly innocent warrior woman. Jaro’s stint in one relationship ended bitterly with betrayal and whoring around and hence he’s sworn off all women except for fun but Aylia drives him mad both emotionally and physically."

It has become time for Aylia to go hunt and kidnap a male to breed her first duaghter, who will become a warrior like herself – but as she’s adopted to the Zonian society she had to go find a humanoid male to chace, incapacitate, seduce and breed with. For a sheltered warrior like Aylia it’s a wonder how brave the men off the Zonian planet are, but she’s picked her male, the bravest and strongest she’d been able to find – Jaro.
Waking up tied to a bed by a gorgeous redhead surely isn’t bad, but her wanting him to impregnate her strikes a wrong cord and he swears revenge on the fetchingly innocent warrior woman. Jaro’s stint in one relationship ended bitterly with betrayal and whoring around and hence he’s sworn off all women except for fun, and even then only once per woman – but Aylia drives him mad both emotionally and physically. Threatening to sell her to a nearest pleasure planet after turning the tables on her, he gets one wild cat who can’t help but melt into a kitten in bed. But as it turns out, he can’t stand the idea of any other men touching her so how is he supposed to sell her?
This book was just as amazing as the first book in the series, if not even more so! Langlais’ writing is witty, funny and downright dirty at times! Her characters are fantastically out there, men the epitomes of alpha and the women strong, opinionated and talkative – Jaro and Aylia sure were a match made in heaven, their bickering, and verbal bitch slaps were so entertaining that I literally couldn’t set the book down until I was done!
The plot I loved, an Amazon type female character setting out to get la... umm, a man to impregnate her then casting him off to raise the baby to become a warrior on her planet. But her adopted status, her being a human and not Zonian guarantees things will not be going according to plan, and her falling for Jaro was so entertaining to read, and at times heartbreaking.
I love reading Eve Langlais' books, she knows how to write funny! It's thoroughly entertaining few hours spent in a totally alien world where moral laws don't ably and men are hunky and purple and woman aren't afraid to get physical, meaning few bunches and jabs, get your mind off the gutter...
Now to the gutter! The sexual tension in Intentional Abduction is delicious! All the "I shouldn't, I need to, I want to, I can't..." and then the give in, priceless! Langlais has a wicked style of seduction - which is a joy to read - that you can't help but get addicted to. Hence I recommend you get all these three Alien Abduction Novels at the same time, because you will seriously be pissed if you can't start the next right away! ;D
Now few words on Jaro. Hot, built, strong, possessive, bossy, addictive, funny, witty and sexy as hell, oh boy okay so more than few words. These purple men sure are a weakness when met, luckily there is more where they came from! In the next book we get not one seriously built Warrior but two! Brax and Xarn who help out Jaro get his human barbarian girl in Intentional Abduction. Joy!
I could go on and on about how great this novel is, but I'd be ruining the suspense so you'll just have to take my word on it and get this trilogy! Here is my 5 star review on Accidental Abduction, and in day or two you'll get my review on Dual Abduction! ( which just came out! )
I can't stress this enough, if you are at all into sci-fi romance, this funny, sexy, addictive trilogy has to make it to your e-reader!
